Does anyone know about French onion soup? My son and I just made some with beer, a nice lager, because we love the taste of the hops and such. It gives it a nice tang. The problem is that we got carried away with the beer this time and put in too much. Even though it was still very good, it had a bitter taste. Does anyone know what takes away the bitter taste if there is anything at all?
