Rachel Allen and her raspberry roulade - the recipe in her Favourite Food for Friends book (page 95) does not define the sort of flour to be used. Has anyone tried this recipe and/or can anyone recommend the type of flour I should use? Need to crack it for the Ma in - laws' visit on Sunday.
