I agree... I've been trying to get interested but the presenters are just too boring, the recipes are OK. I really miss GFL and Jen Frown

I would like to say that his recipe for tortillas IS NOT the real mexican recipe for it, olive oil is not added to tortillas, he mixed maiz and wheat flour which is not the real stuff. And when asked if that is the way tortillas are made in Mexico he said a rolling pin is used, rolling pin is only used for wheat flour tortillas, for maiz tortillas there is a special machine that flattens the dough and most of the people own one at home, otherwise people just go to 'Tortillerias' (the version of a baker shop but for tortilla) and they buy the maiz tortilla by the kilo. It would be nice to see someone on TV to have proper knowledge about the origin of food as sometimes it results insulting to hear stuff is not true and that only distorts the real food, as ot has been done with the version of 'Tex-mex' food which is not real mexican. Cry
