hi this is my first time here
i find it easy to cook a batch of shearperds pie mince and freeze it cos on the morn that i want it take it out defrost it then all you have to do is make the mash put the cold mince in a dish then top with the mash the best bit is the mash wont sink in to the meat it is fast and yummy Smile
