Lovely soup, easy and satisfying and a good way to deal with a glut of courgettes

I didn't have any citric acid (where can you buy it?) so I doubled the amount of lemons used, which gave a very slight bitter tinge to it, but it was still very refreshing and an easy recipe to follow.

This worked really well with blueberries, and it's easy to make the night before then pop in the oven for breakfast. Yummy!

I made this for a picnic with French goat's cheese, adding rosemary and a dribble of cream. It was really delicious and was gobbled up by all the picnickers

I just rated this 3 stars by mistake, it deserves 5! I made the muffins with blueberries and they were delicious, even days after making the batter

this was nice and easy but be careful not to overcook the pork. I think I did and it made it a bit tough. I mixed the salad with couscous and it worked well

Where can I buy banana leaves? I live near Leeds

  • On Risotto cakes with courgettes:

Stop messing about like this! Apart from unclear instructions ( are we dealing with courgette slices or matchsticks?), why go to all the trouble of cooking a risotto twice? and who wants all this fat and olive oil? Life's too short

This was really delicious and I think it would be nice with couscous too, with perhaps slightly less cooking so vegetables don't get too soft.

To stop the cooked rice sticking to your fingers, have a bowl with a little vinegar and water mixed in it to dip your fingers in before handling the rice. Also, the video doesn't show how to cut the fish, which would have been helpful
