    My mother lived in Korea for a few years and her Korean 'lady who does' taught her this national dish and this recipe bears little resemblance to it, the meat should be bacon rasher thin & marinated for at least 24hrs.

    This small independent outlet provides a wealth of locally sourced goodies at reasonable prices. Staff bend over backwards to find/source what you are looking for no matter how small. I love the personal touch so missed from the supermarket.

    This shop is like a wee emporium of locally produced products. The staff are excellent & will try to source products not already stocked. It is a real pleasure being shown the personal touch and i gladly pay the few more pence to ensure lifes little extras remain available to me.
