How to market a fabulous homemade Spicy Thai Sauce ?

My wife as made a wonderful mildly spicy Thai style sauce that compliments meat, vegetable or fish dishes or is simply great served with rice. We would like to try and market this sauce in jars. It truly is a delicious sauce and we have tried taking it to several restaurants already to try and they all love it.
