Does any body know where i can buy corn syrup in the UK? or a good substitute, i am wanting to make a Jack Daniels pecan pie and the recipe calls for dark corn syrup, it does say at the end of it that golden syrup doesn't make a good substitute so I'm a bit stuck.

Hi I get lots of US foods from ebay and have never had any problems or you could try www.americansweets.co.uk but they are a lot more expensive. The other alternative is a local large department store with a food hall, not sure where you are but Bentalls in Kingston or John Lewis in Croydon both have decent ranges. Mx
