I have a Goodmans bread machine and use it regularly but my bread is often hit and miss. I use carrs wholemeal flour, often add seeds and prefer to make a large loaf. Has anyone got a really good foolproof recipe please?

I used to use a bread machine, but have gone back to making bread by hand. You can't beat the old fashioned way. It gives such a good texture that bread machines seem unable to achieve, plus you can make any shape you want.
