When I was in Portugal I was served my kebab on a plate with the kebab hanging over it so you could pull the meat off onto the plate and the skewer was hung on a scaffold like contraption - I think it was wood with a ceramic plate in the middle. I am having a dinner party and would love to serve my kebabs on these. I have looked everywhere, does anyone know where I might be able to buy them? thanks x

How about using those banana hook type things? Stand it on a plate/wooden chopping board and bob's your uncle there's your kebab hanger.

Any luck in finding the kebab hanger shergs999? i also went to portugal a few years ago and got my kebab served on the same sort of contraption.i have never found them any where else either! some how i dont think the banana hanger thing would do the trick even if yer uncles name happens to be bob!
