Myself and the other half have a subway every sunday, however it is getting a bit expensive want to make a replica of the sanny that we have which includes a hot sauce, cant get a hot sauce anywhere that tastes the same, anyone any clues where to get this hot sauce?

If you google 'subway copycat recipes' you might just be lucky! Not sure if it is the mexican southwest sauce you are looking for.

I was in a subway before and I asked and the guy showed me the big bottle. The hot chilli sauce is: blue dragon hot chilli stir fry sauce. You can get it from cash and carries. Hope that helps.

Mickey, after reading your reply I headed to my local Chinese cash and carry but they did not have any in stock. I checked the Blue Dragon website and say that Morrison's stock a small bottle of their hot chilli sauce so I picked some up today and I can say that it is NOT the same as Subways.

Whether they have changed it or they add something to it, I don't know.

I retract my earlier statement. I was in today and asked the lady to show me. IT is the catering sized Blue Dragon Hot Chilli Stir Fry Sauce. I got only the Hot Chilli sauce from the shops and its not the same, but it definitely is the Hot Chilli Stir Fry Sauce.

you should really try out something really authentic like some extra-hot indonesian or malaysian sauce like this one:

To further add to my comments. If anyone finds where to buy it, could they please let me know, I have had no luck on the web or my chinese cash and carry.

I was in Makro this weekend and saw the blue dragon sauce in there - they had a few different flavours, but definitely the hot chilli stir-fry one. They were is massive plastic bottles, so you will really need to like this sauce a lot!
