As I have tried to explain, this site may not have permission to publish the Fudge recipe as Rachel Allen doesn't allow all her recipes to be shown. Often you have to buy the book or DVD or try your local library.

But as you seem so desperate I did a further search of the internet for you, and if you click on this link I hope you will like what you find. Just scroll down a bit when you get to the site.

I am also searching for the fudge receipe. But that was not how it was on tv right? the receipe in the link differs a bit to the real one. It was 1 tin C. Milk, 450g castor sugar, I missed the part on butter but it looked much more than 100g!! more like 250 g and then she boiled it to a soft ball stage (dropped into a plate of water) then she took it off and beat it well with the spoon
and spread it out in a tin or was it oil paper?, it gets a bit set at the top of the sauspan. too old to remember

I also tried to make the fudge but it was way toooo sweet so I just scraped it but now i am trying to look for rachel allens shortbread recipe but nowe I cant seem to find that now

and yeah I also dont think that that was the same recipe because it didnt look the same wot do u think

anyonoe found out how much butter was in the fudge???
