I need poppy seeds for a recipe but can;t find them anywhere. Can anyone advise me on where I might get them? Would I be able to use ones from garden centre?!

You can sometimes find them in supermarkets, but a health food shop would be the best bet.

Depends what type you need, black/blue are generally available from supermarkets however white are harder to find, if its white you need try here
