Hi ive just got some really nice lamb chump chops and have a few of my own ideas what to do with them but can anybody give me a few more?? or even great tips on the best way to cook them and what with?

Brush them with oil and dry-fry to your taste. Then deglaze the pan with red wine, redcurrant jelly and rosemary - Yum!

Lamb cutlets are more tender when cooked. I like to cook them in tomatoe sauce when I a make pasta. But all the above recipes look good.

I like to marinate lamb chops with soy sauce, sherry or wine vinegar, chilli, garlic, honey and rosemary. Then cook very very slowly in the oven till they are tender and falling apart.
