I do not think any of these apply.Moules cooked in white wine and cream are surely Moules Normande!!!!!!!!!!!!! Moules Mariniere have only white wine and NO cream(unless you intend to rewrite all the recipe books). This would seem to be a rather sloppy and ill researched competition. Or have I been wrong for the last 50 years or so - if so, my apologies for bothering you.
