I once had a lovely recipe for last minute Christmas cake which involved using mincemeat instead of dried fruits.
It was wonderfully moist. However somehow I seem to have mislaid it.
Does anyone else know the recipe? I don't really want a different one just the one with the mincemeat. Can anyone help?
