hi there, i did a wedding for 60 people all veggie!!! alot of alsorted salads with bulk, i.e pulses, cous cous, noodles, and rice. a selection of quiches and tarts i.e tomato & blk olive, blue cheese & walnut, mixed tomato, potato salads, frttata's & tortilla's also i did a carrot roulade stuffed with cream cheese & fresh herbs, and a mushroom roulade. vol-av-vents stuffed with mushroom, roasted peppers, mascarpone & grape. little kebas i.e melon, feta & blk olive, mushroom & onion tartlets or tomato & herb tartlets. i hope this helps got lots of ideas if you need them
