I have to do some sort of nibbles for a lunch time event. Other people are doing canape type things on bread, an almond cake and a tortilla. Probably someone is also doing a green salad.
I need something that can be prepared at least the day before because I have to be at this event at 9am and I´m neither a morning person nor a great cook so I daren´t attempt anything early the same day.
I thought of doing a rice salad, and maybe a dessert that can be eaten either with fingers or on a flat plastic plate.
Any help would be gratefully received! Confused

Just saw the end of a Delia Winter Collection programme on UKTV Food. She made a savoury equivalent of the Spanish sweet palmera. Does anyone have the recipe or can anyone tell me what type of pastry she used and cooking temp. I haven´t got time to experiment!
Thank you

Thank you so much for your reply. I´ve been in to the BBCFood website and found the recipe - it´s for Hot Chocolate and Orange Souffle. Sophie Grigson said in the programme that these can be frozen and reheated, although she doesn´t give any details of this in the recipe, so I guess I´ll just have to experiment a little. She may have said that they can be reheated from frozen, but perhaps I´m just imagining that!

I saw Sophie do these recently on a repeat of a Saturday Kitchen show, which was hosted by Anthony W-T. However, I can´t find the recipe for them anywhere on this web site. Can anyone help?I thought all the recipes featured were on this site.
Many thanks
