I caught a recipe of the Hairy Bikers when they were in Morocco and they did a fillet steak filled bread recipe - made the dough and then filled with steak before baking.

What was it called?? My OH is salivating at the thought of it after I described it last night but I can't find the recipe on the site because I don't know the 'offiicial' name
