What about "Shoulder to shoulder"? (BBC 1974) all about the Pankhursts and the suffragettes?

I don't think a fourth series was ever made. UKTV Gold are currently showing series 2 (to be followed by 3) early on Sat and Sun mornings. I've posted a message about this because for some unfathomable reason they didn't show episode 9 of series 2 last week but went straight from 8 to 10! If anyone has a clue when episode 9 will be aired, I'd love to know!

What happened to episode 9 of the House of Eliott on Sunday morning? Correct me if I'm wrong but I think you showed episode 7 and 8 on Saturday and then went straight to 10 on the Sunday. When will you be showing 9?

It'd be nice to see Lillie again + the second series of the Duchess of Duke Street + the second series of Poldark.

I agree with JayTee368 about the commentary and would also like to add that I've found some of the commentary very disappointing. There are huge silences - sometimes you almost feel like doing the commentary yourself! Sorry, but I've not been impressed.

Hope you're going to run all of series 2 of Down to Earth this time! The last run finished with the penultimate episode, which was more than a little irritating.

Just to say I hope that in running this series again you'll actually finish off series 2. Last time the series ended with the penultimate episode and we never got to see the last one (episode 9 - "All together now"). Annoying.

Not quite like James Joyce, but I've been left breathless all the same. Hope you feel better for it.

I completely agree. Loud ads are a problem but not just for the neighbours. People with hearing impairment often have problems adjusting to vast changes in volume and dealing with background noise. The ads are sometimes so loud they can be offensive or even painful.

Inspector Alleyn!! - I've said it already but would really, really, really love to see any of them. Also, they're only available on DVD for the US / Canada market.
