After waiting religiously for coverage of the south west of Scotland I was totally confused how the whole of the south west of Scotland was missed out, probably the only part of the UK's coastline to be overlooked. The programme was entitled Solway firth to Skye but in reality was Glasgow to Skye missing the whole of the Ayrshire,Galloway coast. It was nowhere near the Solway Firth. How can this be overlooked????? The wildlife of the Solway Firth, the sunken mulberry harbours trialed for D-Day in Garlieston bay,the best golf courses on the planet in Ayrshire and historically rich with Robert the Bruce and William Wallace to name but a few.How can this be????
