I have just finished watching UKTV's Documentary on Eyewitness Accounts of the Tsunami. I thought it was the best programme made about this terrible event that I have seen. The accounts and eyewitness videos were complimented by brilliant special effects and reconstruction experiments which really brought home the immensity and horror of the tsunami & the geographical and human elements involved.

The only thing that would have been better is if the translated voices of the Thai people had been reconstructed with Thai accents - not American. I think it would have made it more symapthetic and less sensationalised.

That said however this element does not change the overall quality of this documentary. Well done. Brilliant.
