After seeing the most recent UKTV Documentary advert I wonder what the music is and even possibly the advert before it with similarly 'rocky' type music. Any information would be appreciated.

I'm not sure which UKTV Documentary trail you are refering to, could you describe it? I find this website helpful when tracking down soundtracks to commercials [link]

I believe it's an advert for both Documentary and History. I don't remember the exact wording but it goes something like this: "You have to examine the past to understand where you're going." It's an advert for some history programs and Diagnosis something. Haven't seen it in a bit so it's still a little rusty. The website didn't help. x.x

The song is called: Happy Ever After, it's by Ian Brown and is on the Solarised album.
