Extreme Earth Season... this is Geography. I have seen Year 5 students commenting on your pages. Is there any way that UKTV could work with Geography educators and use some of our ideas, vocabular, grammar and crucially - name.

It is excellent that you are running seasons like this but as a Geography Teacher it is very frustrating that we fail to be supported. Take a risk and Give Geography its Place.

Where is Geography mentioned? UKTV Documentary and History is packed with Geography yet the field does not get a look in. Surely this has to change.

Geography is vital if we are to have a full understanding of our world and our potential futures... once more audiences love it so where do so many channels ignore it.

Are you sure there is not room for UKTV Geography. Afterall... the National Geographic Channel could be renamed the National Historical Channel.
