Ever more documentaries have such noisy background noise and 'music' that it is really difficult, sometimes inpossible to hear the commentary - and that is the meat of the programme. I was watching Earthquake Storm but had to give up and write this blog in absolute FURY. Its was an interesting programme about a topic in which I am rally interested, but what a wasted opportunity! Who benefits, apart from the sound engineers, from this sound pollution? Its a real turn off and now I cannot settle to enjoy a programme until I am sure that I will not be blasted with this rubbish.
