If you hav'nt already sussed this one out I think Sique Sique Sputnik fit your descripy. Check YouTube for them. They wear ripped mesh stockings over their faces and have coloured hair and are pretty rubbish. If its not them and you still wanna know any clues would help. Their single was called 'Love missile F1-11 and was claimed to be about drugs rather than a launch. Mainly cause the words 'shoot it up..shoot it up' come up often. Hope this helps
