Why no subtitles guys?!!!

Please please please can we have some subtitles - there's 6 motor mad lads in our household, but because 1 of them is deaf we can't watch all those episodes of top gear and ray mears you keep repeating!!!

Surely this shouldn't be too hard - they had subs on the beeb - or were they charging an extra 50p for these?!
